Titled "Totem with Poison Ivy Creature," cement, cypres, fossil, & semi-precious stone. Exhibited in "Southern Visionary Art," 1985, at the Reynolds Gallery in Winston-Salem, NC. Note: Q. J. Stephenson is a trapper, explorer, naturalist, and fossil hunter located in Northeastern North Carolina. In the 1970s, he began creating highly imaginative prehistoric folk art to populate the "Trapper's Lodge Museum," which he had founded in the 1950a.
