Vintage Porcelain Baby Doll Grace S Putman Doll This is one of the famous Bye-Lo dolls. This baby doll has a porcelain head and hands. The doll was designed by famous doll designer Grace S Putman. This doll was made around the 1930s and is in pretty good condition for its age, it only has one stain and one chip on its thumb. Grace S Putmans name is lightly on the doll's neck. Doll itself: 16in long Doll with dress: 26in long Weight: 1.2lbs Artist History: Sculptor Grace Storey Putnam is one of the most well-known doll designers of all time. Bye-Lo dolls were baby dolls in the early 1920s with life-like heads and were very popular with the young girls of that time. The first Bye-Lo doll was designed by Grace Storey Putnam who desired to create a doll that was as life-like as possible.
