The Christmas Rose", has a sterling silver rim and 24 karat gold electroplate sculpture in the center. The gold background in the center of the plate has a "brushed" appearance. The back has "Lo How A Rose E'er Blooming", a traditional German Christmas carol, engraved on it, as well as the limited edition #568. This was released by International Silver on December 22, 1972. The plate is approx 8". It comes with its original box which is approx 10" x 1 1/2" x 10 1/4" and it weighs 2.49lbs. The box has some shelf-wear and age markings. The plate has surface tarnish.
