signed by Dixon Swindell, surveyor, April 21, 1831, one page (13-1/2 x 8 in.), outlining 640 acres belonging to "Spencer & Sheldon" north of Mattamuskeet and "1210 poles" below the Alligator River (just under 4 miles). In black wooden frame.
