This is a very early and unusual Italian gaming table. About the height of a coffee table. Used for gambling, primarily in a gambling parlor. Condition shows areas of paint loss and fading to the bright graphics on the top, all wording is in Italian. Simply a great piece of early gambling. One side refers to betting equal or above, opposite side deals with odds. At the bottom, "Everybody pays".
