This sign is professionally framed behind glass. The sign has an incredible illustration of Uncle Sam smoking a pipe and holding up a copy of "The Naval Review Newspaper". There is some corner wear on the bottom-left and a tiny touch-up right below the U.S.S. Virginia on the left side of the newspaper.
