Crafted in 18K white and yellow gold; set with a cushion modified mixed cut natural Ceylon unheated sapphire, weighing approximately 7.15 carats; surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 0.66 carat; oval mixed cut chrysoberyl, weighing a total of approximately 3.03 carats; ring top measures 7/8 x 5/8 inch; ring size 7 with two sizing beads; weight 11.60 g.
