Description
Vaiksnoras, Anthony (American/Cleveland, 1918-1973), Auberville - France '45, oil on board, 1946, signed and dated lower right, 14 x 22 inches, in a contemporary wood frame 20 x 28 inches. This painting was submitted to the Fifth Annual Audubon Artists Exhibition in New York City in 1946, with the original tag included. Vaiksnoras was born in Central PA and lived most of his life in Cleveland.
