Wartime German P-38 Semi-Automatic Pistol, by Spreewerke, #3443l, 9mm, 4-7/8'' barrel, blue finish, dark brown phenolic resin grips, with one correct WWII magazine. Left side of frame marked ''cyq'' without date, with ''E/88'' proofmark. Condition is near excellent with approx. 97% lightly thinning blue with most of the thinning to the front strap, muzzle, and forward high edges of slide. Grips show little use. Original white and red paint in safety area is retained. Action remains crisp, bore is bright. An exceptional ''cyq'' P-38.
