Description
The American Military Sculpture Collection of 100 pewter pieces. The official issue of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, an original work of art created exclusively for this collection by Ron Hinote, one of America's leading sculptors of military miniatures. Each sculpture is titled, dated, numbered, marked, and copyrighted with etching on the bottom. A group of sculptures depicting American presidents, each is titled on the base and on the back, inscribed, David A. La Rocca sculptor, and marked, The Danbury Mint, on the bottom. The collection is completed with an original Certificate of Authenticity dated July 1, 1977, and signed by William F. Krieg, Vice President, for The Franklin Mint.
