(1885-1947) German Evangelical Pastor, known for his anti-Semitism, who later acted as a prominent Nazi speaker. Munchmeyer was expelled from the Church in 1926 and joined the NSDAP in 1928. Black fountain pen ink signature and date, 15th November 1936, in his hand to the inside detached front cover of his book 'Deutschland, bleibe wach! 1926-1936'. Beneath the signature a printed portrait of Munchmeyer has been neatly affixed, the image depicting him in a head and shoulders pose in uniform. Some light age wear at edges, otherwise very good.
