each vase appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; wear to gilding, notably, along the top rim edges, foot rim edges and to the meandering leaf and berry vine that surrounds the body; each interior appears to be in generally clean condition; the body of each vase has a slightly streaked appearance, as made, not of any consequence; each vase has a ground and polished pontil mark on the underside of its foot; there are typical scratch marks to the underside of the feet, commensurate with age and usage
