Chinese beige glazed Dehua seated Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy depicted wearing a crown and jewels seated in the lotus position, holding a bottle of the elixir of life, resting on a lotus throne floating on waves and lotus flowers, having a Dehua mark impressed en verso. Approx. h. 16", w. 8.5", d. 6".

Examined under blacklight. No chips, cracks, or losses noted. There is an internal 3" firing crack but this is not visible from the outside.
