This is an antique silver gilt brooch pin dating to the early 20th century. The ornate filigree brooch features a cattail motif with three cabochon gemstones including sapphire, jadeite, and ruby.
2 5/8 x 1 5/8". It weighs a total of 15g. The ruby is 14.8 x 7.8mm. The sapphire is 14.3 x 7.7mm. The jadeite is 13 x 7.4mm.

There is a drilled hole through the top of the sapphire, which appears to be evidence that this stone was repurposed for use in the brooch.
