This is a beautiful 23" Antique Heubach Koppelsdorf Bisque head and stuffed leather body doll, made in Germany.
The head of the doll is bisque. She has a beautiful face with blue, open and close eyes.
She has a gorgeous open mouth with front teeth showing and delicately brushed upper and lower eyelashes.
There is the usual red accent dot in the corner of each eye and also in the nostrils.
The doll has bisque hands.
There is no visible cracks or damage on the bisque head.
On her back of the neck is marked, "Germany - 275.0 - Heubach Koppelsdorf "
I think she is overdressed.
She wears a white corset with a bra (very unusual), black, long socks, a white jumper with lace, underwear shirt and pants, another shirt, covered with nice lace, an underskirt, and a pink dress.
And of course a very beautiful green hat with feathers
Some of the items of her outfit appear to be very old, probably antique and even original.
There could be some small rips and stains, consistent with the age of the old antique and vintage clothes
The doll is in overall good condition. Some parts of her leather body look authentic but the torso and part of the legs have been replaced
Simply gorgeous!
