Collection of four (4) 18th Century to 19th Century English Staffordshire pottery plates, produced by Enoch Wood (1759-1840), known as "Father of the Potteries." blue & white transferware landscape scenes, each with impressed WOOD & SONS backstamps. Largest measures 10.25" x 10.25" x 1"; smallest measures 9" x 9" x .75". From the estate of Sally Ann Howes (1930-2021), Tony Award nominated actor and star of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
