Item Details

Description

American - 1900 - 7 3/4" Tall. This bank is a conundrum for us for several reasons. We have never seen a large version in multicolor. Paint, however, appears to be original. We have never seen a version with a solid (no holes) base, yet this base is definitely 100 years old. We have never seen the bank assembled this way, without a twist pin, yet the assembly appears original. The only thing we can surmise is that a small foundry produced this bank using Kenton as a prototype. Fine Condition.
