Designed by James H. Bowen. Place coin in the monkey's hand, press the lever and he will open the coconut and drop the coin into it. When the coin falls, his eyes move and his mouth opens. From the Tanenbaum Collection. Painted cast iron. In working order. The base is missing the coin door and the head has been damaged and is missing a piece of the casting.
