A nude bodysuit, cape, and neck-piece designed for Jean Kasem in 1992 by "Ramiro K. for Bob Mackie." The mesh bodysuit is embellished with clusters of rhinestones throughout and features a back zipper and straps on the feet and arm holes. The Moire, cream cape features a triple clasp mock collar and a black mesh interior embellished with various sizes and colors of sequins and ribbons. The mesh neck piece also features rhinestone embellishments throughout.

Accompanying the ensemble is an original fashion sketch with fabric samples attached, and an inscription that reads: "Thank you for the appreciation! Ramiro K! '92."
