Theodore Williams (VA, 1853-1926), Hen Canvasback
Pungo, Virginia, this is a very early example and was likely made prior to 1900.
Length 13.5 in.
Theodore hunted and trapped for a living and was very proficient in shooting from floating blinds. He formed the North Bay Gunning Club around 1900 to cater to traveling sportsmen. His decoys were used hard and very few survived.
