1) Seth Thomas, 12-inch dial, ebonized walnut case, 8-day spring driven time only brass movement, dial and movement signed by the maker, 17 x 4 inches.
2) Sessions, 12-inch dial, oak case, 8-day spring driven time only brass movement, dial and movement signed by the maker, 17 1/4 x 5 inches

Condition

1) Original finish and dial, functions properly (15-minute test). 2) Rubbed down finish, paper dial replaced, runs but escapement changes sound (loud to quiet) while running.
