Description
African Mali Warka Marka Ceremonial Wooden Tribal Mask. Carved from wood, striking face mask lhas 2 horns and carved eyes above the eye holes. Small holes are drilled around the perimeter; a wire is suspended through 2 of the them so that the mask can be hung on the wall. Wonderful piece of ethnographic art to display as sculpture.
Dimensions are 15 in h x 5.5 in w x 4 in d. Condition is as-is with wear and patina to the wood, the bottom missing pieces, a large broken area on the bottom of the back, and the tips of both horns broken off. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
