Chinoiserie & Gilt Bronze Bureau Leather Top Desk,Black. A gorgeous chinoiserie desk with three drawers and French cabriole legs. We believe this to be 19th Century and possibly as early asd 18tyh century. It has a yellow leather top with an embossed, decorative border as well as a hand painted floral border on the surrounding wood. The drawers have decorative brass hardware and hand painted scenes and motifs that continue on all sides of the desk. The feet have decorative and protective hardware, also in brass. This beautiful desk is a little statement piece that deserves a room where it can truly shine.

Dimensions are 30 in h x 48 in w x 24 in d. Condition is good. Minor scuffs and markings on top, legs and underside. Loose hardware. Right foot hardware is missing a nail. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
