This miniature house, more like a model than a doll house, is remarkably life-like in the manner it has deteriorated the way a life-size house might: cracking old paint, missing pieces of siding revealing unpainted layers, missing shingles...even the upholstered couch on the front porch seems oddly lived-in. Windows are made of real glass. Sits atop a wooden base witih copper wraparound trim.
