Condition:The overall condition is very good structurally though the jacket has some soiling around the neckline and under each arm in the lining. There are some soiled spots around each of the sleeve hemlines, especially the right sleeve. The skirt has been altered and is noticeable in the waist band and lining along the side seams and the lower hips have separating seams from stress. There are pinhead sized spots on the front next to the second button down the front. The buttons on the jacket do not match the buttons on the skirt which have some light wear to them. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
