Two Fendi Leather Trimmed Wool Duffel Bags, 1980-90s

These two Fendi bags were a gift by Karl Lagerfeld to Mrs. Gutfreund and are believed to be prototypes that never went into full production.

Condition:THE FIRSTThe overall condition is very good though there is only slight wear in the edges of the leather jaw strings and slight scratching on the hardware located on the bottom of the bag. There are a few slight scratches on the leather trim at the bottom of the bag. THE SECONDThe overall condition is very good though there are scratches in the leather trim primarily on the handles along the hardware and on the bottom corners. There are a few spots on the leather strap towards the middle. There is a white spot on the lining on the opposite side as the zipper compartment and slight discoloration in the leather lining along the bottom edges. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
