Titled, 'House Across the Street', aquatint/etching, numbered 6/50, pencil-signed in the margin. Condition commensurate with age. Frank Stack has published numerous editions of prints, specializing in etchings and lithographs. He also paints in oils and watercolors and is best known for his landscape and figure compositions. Although he is primarily a fine artist, Stack has also had a career as a cartoonist. In the 1960s and 1970s he was one of the founders of the underground comics movement, working under the pseudonym "Foolbert Sturgeon." Overall size: 8 3/4 x 10 1/2 in. Sight size: 5 3/4 x 7 3/4 in.
