VERY FINE PAIR OF WOOD DUCKS by Clarence Fennimore, Wrightstown, NJ. Excellent original paint and unused condition. Hollow construction. Hen carved in a snug-head position. Detailed painted feather work to both. Hen with paint ticking to bottom. The drake with fine comb paint to sides. Both with raised carved wing tips and fluted tail carving. Both retain pad weights and are double-rigged. Overall length of the drake is approximately 15 inches. The pair is a Third Place winner at the Tuckerton Seaport Show, 1998. Both branded CGF, signed by maker and dated 1998. An exceptional pair by this carver. 300-400
