Description
Circa 1910, an ink stand in the form of a Mercedes racing car driven by Christian Lautenschlager and his riding mechanic at the 1908 French Grand Prix at Dieppe, with a hinged hood and a hinged trunk with space for an ink well. Marked as pictured. The maker is WMF.
Dimensions: 14" x 7", the height is 8 1/2".
