For your consideration are an authentic pair of signed Chanel logo clip-on earrings from the 1970's. The earrings display an inset matte black circular plaque housing the immediately recognizable and oversized "CC" logo. Surrounding the central plaque is a gold plated frame with rounded corners and an abstract quilted design. The back of each earring carries the "Chanel / Made in France" marking used only in the 1970's shortly after Coco Chanel's death and during Alain Wertheimer's tenure. Additionally, the circular markings also display the copyright and registered trademark symbols as they should for markings of this period.

Provenance: From a private collection in New Orleans, Louisiana.
