Description
The cast brass open beak eagle head pommel above a reeded bone grip joins a fancy brass knucklebow and quillon over the blade with etched laurel wreath decoration one third of its length, original brass scabbard having decorative engraving is stamped HORSTMANN'S back side.
Measures 36.5 x 4 inches.

Condition
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair. The blade displays minor pitting and corrosion, bits of light wear and subtle effects of carry to the scabbard, the knucklebow is slightly gapped at the eagle head.
