Naga Warrior's Dao Machete, Late 19th/Early 20th C.Very old ceremonial dao, or machete, used by many tribes for daily tasks as well as for head hunting and festivals - fully adorned with thick, inserted plaits of tie-dyed goat's hair in excellent condition, with extremely worn, patinated cane wrapping on the shaft and iron blade inserted into the wooden bottom of shaft. Size: 26'' x 8'' x 4'' (66 x 20 x 10 cm).
