A VOLKSTEDT "SPRING FLOWERS FOR GRANDMOTHER" LACE PORCELAIN FIGURAL GROUP, MARKED, THURINGIA, GERMAN, MID 20TH CENTURY, modeled as a refined 18th century style interior family genre, centering a seated matron lady receiving spring flowers from her adoring grandchildren and attended to by their elegant mother and a gentleman, all wearing fine white lace-trimmed colorful attire and standing on an oval base floor of gilt line lozenge pattern and scattered with leafy blooms, raised on a conforming gilt highlighted "C" scrolled acanthus and shells molded base, lower backside with underglaze blue-crowned initials over 1762.
