Chinese Qing Dynasty Snow Blue Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, rounded mouth lip, thick and large, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Warm and uniform blue glaze applied to the whole surface, only the upper mouth rim and outer bottom is white glazed. Blue is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a single under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double blue rings lines. Made in The Years Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
