Another Norman Rockwell classic. It's limited ed. Rockwell plate entitled "The Painter" and it's the 1983 issue of the Heritage Series. The seventh issue in the series. Approved by the Norman Rockwell Society of America and crafted by Knowles China in a limited edition permanently closed in 1983. Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition. Comes with a box and certificate. The box is approx 9 5/8" x 10" x 1 1/2" and it weighs 1.25lb. The plate has no known damage, and the box has some shelf-wear.
