Chair 1 with cracks, wear and loss to leather seat, especially in center, light wear to seat back, wear to folds in leather at front base of chair from age and use. Back of chair with scratches and wear to leather upholstery and 1 circular shaped tear to leather above steel frame, approximately 1.5 in. Chair 2 with tear around button at left rear, with losses to leather and minor cracking and creasing from age and use. Tear to leather at front left side of seat, approximately 2.5 in. In length.
