Rectangular, with a plain border, on a wood easel back pinned with a small ivory plaque on which is written 'Coombes Company Ltd, Silversmiths, Rangoon', height 51cm, length 38cm.

Hallmarked on the side of the silver mount for Birmingham 1916. The maker's mark is not legible.
Some light scratches and small dents to the side of the silver mount.
The wood backing is in good order.
The catches on the back are on the loose side but stable.
