In fair to good decorative condition commensurate with age of the piece, the wools in good condition with some fading as one would expect, some areas where the threads are looser and broken, most notably to the bottom left of the lilac grey threads, residual dust and dirt in some places, the frame with some knocks and scuffs and minor chips, the slip has wear to the gilding and the frame has a few open joints, the brown paper to the back with some tears and losses, but this can be restored.
