Crooked Knife, 19th century
carved wood, salvaged file blade, spruce root wrapping the handle, 9 x 1 x 1.25 in (22.9 x 2.5 x 3.2 cm)
unsigned;
accompanied by a handwritten label, "John Noel / (His knife) / Late chief of the Micmac Indians [sic] at Shubenacadie - by Rosenburg.
