This is one of the highest quality bowls I've had the chance to offer. While I don't know the maker, it carries a signature in the center I've never seen that is only partially visible - there is what looks to be a Lion and under that the letters "RYLA."The bowl is cut on a rollover blank and the deep, clear circles are cut on the curve for extra relief - the effect is stunning. The blank is quite thick and clear and impressive to hold. There is tiny crosshatching in all the area around the center star - a technique I only see on top quality pieces.

Perfect condition with one shallow interior tooth flake - 10" wide, 3 1/2" tall very thick, heavy and clear.
