A Queen Anne Walnut Veneered Overmantel Mirror
English, Circa 1730
28 x 28 1/2 inches.
This mirror is pictured in Old Philadelphia Houses on Society Hill, 1750-1840 by Elizabeth B. McCall, p. 160 in the Trump House, 214 Delancey St. The house, built between 1753 and 1756, was restored by antique dealer Robert T. Trump in the 1950s.

Condition
Old age cracks to frame. A few minor losses to veneer. Deterioration to glass as expected with age. Old tap residue on back. The back is loose within the frame.
