Marc Chagall (Russian / French, 1887-1985) 'After the Winter' Lithograph
Undated, unsigned, an abstracted fauvist depiction of spring emerging, including a dark sky seemingly replaced by bright, bold colors and animal forms as a female figure looks on with her right arm outstretched, matted, behind glass, in a black metal frame, having Merrill Chase COA attached en verso, from the Derriere le Miroir Issue 198; together with (2) undated and unsigned abstract lithographs consisting mainly of organic shapes, both matted, behind glass in silver-tone metal frames

Height: 13 1/4 inches, Width: 18 inches (sight (Chagall))
Frame Size: 19 inches by 23 7/8 inches
Condition: Very Good, very light crease running down through center of print; slight waviness to mat and paper along upper edge; minute accretions to outside of glass; no other condition issues to Chagall artwork noted; separation of frame corner at bottom right; moisture damage to widest unknown lithograph emanating from lower left corner resulting in discoloration to mat and waviness to mat and paper; smaller unknown lithograph having waviness to mat and paper; foxing to both; light wear to glass and frames of both
