Meade, Fairmont Park, Philadelphia, August 6th to 13th 1880, Regimental Headquarters, Second Regiment N.G. P., Col. R.P. Dechert and Staff". Image is blindstamped "Gutekunst, 712 Arch St., Philadelphia". Image presents good tonality. Photograph measures 10" x 12" and is mounted on 14.75" x 17.5" (sight) card and is housed in a 17.5" x 20.5" Eastlake-style frame.
