The case on this watch is absolutely spectacular! It has ultra high relief decorations including a pair of incredible multi color birds which are the best we've ever seen! The mine or OEC cut diamond is about .12 ct and it is high grade, about VS1 or VS2 at least and E to F color. This 4 size watch measures just under 40mm with a "very thick and heavy" case, total weight is 57.3 grams which is heavier than most 6 size watches. Movement is running strong. There is no wear present, close to NOS with only light signs of shelf wear. All hinges are tight and bow is firm.
