Description
After Dali- this art recreation is from a hand drawn mylar and printed on the same type of 1800s lithograph press originally used. Dali signature is in the plate. Includes certificate of authenticity. In the late 1990s a group of Dali prints were created by S2 Art Group. These prints were created by using a chromist to create hand drawn mylars from the originals. Although S2 Art purported to have engaged Jean-Pierre Remond, who was Salvador Dalis chromist for over 30 years, to create the mylars, Mr. Remond did not work on this particular series. In September, 2015, our company met with Mr. Remond in Paris and obtained a letter from him attesting to this fact. Even though Mr. Remond was not involved in this printing, the same technique and 1870s French Viorin lithograph press were used to create these beautiful signed in the plate prints. The images were printed on Archival Rives paper and are in excellent condition.
