Vodka is traditionally drunk 'neat' or 'straight' (not mixed with water, ice, or other mixers), although it is often served freezer chilled in the vodka belt of Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Russia, Sweden, and Ukraine.
