Pair of French Louis XIV Style Carved Walnut Fauteuils, late 19th c., the arched canted cushion back over lion carved curved arms, to a cushioned seat, on turned tapered and block legs, joined by an H-form stretcher, in tan velvet floral fabric wit iron tack trim. Seat height is 16 ½ inches. Arm rest height is 16 ½ inches. Miniscule surface scratches and a few old worm pinholes throughout wood. One chair with proper left lion missing bottom tooth.
