Edwardian Era Platinum Topped 14k Gold Natural Black Opal Diamond Bar Pin Hardy Bros Brisbane Australia w/ Original Box
Description: Genuine Edwardian Era long bar pin made in solid 14k gold with a platinum top, featuring an extremely fine natural Australian black opal at center. The stone shows intense blue & green play of color & remains in excellent condition. A few small old Euro accent diamonds adds some sparkle to the scroll filigree work. Pin comes in its original box from Hardy Brothers jewelers in Brisbane, Australia. This brooch was possibly made in England & retailed in Sydney, as most brooches sold around 1860 by Hardy Brothers were imported.
