Contains 486 pages with 300 illustrations including advertisements.
Pocket at back with cloth flap contains all three miniature Horn-Books. one on card, one of oak and one on bone.
Original tan textured hardcover cloth boards decorated with gilt crown to lower right and gilt title to spine.
Published by the Leadenhall Press Ltd, London, 1897.
Condition: good overall original estate condition, spine tight, sound interior, foxing noted, rubbing and light discoloration to the boards (view photos).
Provenance: Boston, Massachusetts Estate.
