Continental, late 19th / early 20th century. Louis XVI style secretaire a abattant in mahogany and satinwood with shell marquetry, step apron, and raised on canted tapered block legs. Apparently unmarked. Provenance: The Private Collection of a local Atlanta, Georgia resident. Approx. h. 58", w. 38", d. 16.375" (not extended).
Condition
Scattered repairs, scattered loss to veneer, dryness cracking, scratches / scuffing to legs and feet, faded writing surface, and missing on interior door. Structurally stable.
